HANDBALL GOALKEEPER CAMP VANJA RADIC 16.-17.10.

HANDBALL GOALKEEPER CAMP VANJA RADIC in Kisakallio in October 2021 is designed for two age groups and with a limited number of participants! The camp will be held 16.-17.10.2021.

The camp starts on Saturday at 11:00 and ends on Sunday at 17:30.

AGE GROUPS:
• GROUP 1 for 2006 – 2003 born goalkeepers
• GROUP 2 for 2008 – 2007 born goalkeepers
*** Goalkeepers who skipped some of the previous camps can take part in this camp.

TOPICS FOR THE CAMP:
On Saturday’s practical and theory sessions, we will work on the goalkeeper technique for saves of high, middle and low shots from 9 meters, combined with specific goalkeeper mobility, coordination, dexterity, strength and endurance. In addition to that, we will implement elements of cognitive training, speed of decision making and speed of information processing.

On Sunday’s practical and theory sessions, we will work on goalkeeper technique for saves of high, middle and low shots from 6 meters line players and wing shots.

Each group will have appropriate progression to their level. Older group will have more advanced progression and exercises than the younger group, of course.
